Rapid Ropes IT Services (“Rapid Ropes,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects only the information reasonably needed to respond to inquiries, provide agreed services, operate this website, protect our systems, and meet legal obligations.

Information you provide

When you contact us, we may receive your name, business or organization, email address, telephone number, project description, and any information you include in a message. The Rapid Ropes chatbot may receive conversation text and the name, contact details, callback preference, or project information you choose to submit. Its on-screen introduction explains that it is an AI assistant and cannot process payments, give approvals, or make commitments for the business.

Technical information

Our hosting and security providers may process IP addresses, browser and device information, requested pages, timestamps, security signals, and diagnostic logs. We may use privacy-conscious traffic measurement to understand site reliability and general usage. We do not promise that every browser “Do Not Track” signal can be interpreted consistently.

How information is used

  • Respond to inquiries and prepare project discussions or proposals
  • Deliver, maintain, secure, and improve agreed services
  • Process billing and maintain business records when a client relationship begins
  • Detect abuse, fraud, security incidents, and technical failures
  • Meet legal, tax, insurance, and contractual obligations

Service providers

We may use service providers for hosting, security verification, email delivery, communications, analytics, payment processing, AI functions, and project operations. Those providers receive information only as required for the relevant function and operate under their own terms and privacy commitments. Current website infrastructure includes Cloudflare for hosting and security verification, ZeptoMail for contact email delivery, and our chatbot service at rapidropes.qys.us for website conversations and requested handoffs.

Chat and optional voice features

The chatbot connects to rapidropes.qys.us when you open or use it. If you choose its microphone feature, your browser will ask for microphone permission before audio is captured. Audio, a transcript, or both may be processed to provide the conversation and requested handoff. You can use the website, telephone number, or email without granting microphone access.

AI and client projects

AI, chatbot, telephone, and automation services built for a client are governed by the project agreement, selected vendors, client instructions, and any project-specific notices or data-processing terms. We do not place a client’s sensitive information into an AI service merely because the technology is available.

Sale and marketing use

We do not sell personal information. A project inquiry is not automatically enrolled in a marketing mailing list. We may send service or transaction messages needed to respond to the inquiry or support an active client relationship.

Retention and security

Information is retained only as long as reasonably necessary for the inquiry, services, recordkeeping, dispute prevention, security, and legal obligations. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, but no online system can promise absolute security.

Your choices

You may ask to review, correct, or delete information you provided. Some records may be retained when required for contracts, taxes, security, legal claims, or other legitimate obligations. You can also ask how a particular Rapid Ropes service uses or transfers information.

Children

This website and our commercial services are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 through this site.

Changes

We may revise this policy as our services and providers change. The updated date at the top identifies the current published version.
